Abhyanga massages with hot oil
Abhyanga hot oil massages last between 1 hour and 1 hour 15 minutes. They come from the Indian Ayurvedic tradition and aim to restore balance to the body and mind.
Promoting deep relaxation, detoxification, and improved blood circulation. The massage is preceded by a period of time spent getting to know each other and understanding the person's overall personality in order to provide a treatment tailored to the individual receiving it.
I travel to Transhumance by appointment.

Our relaxation area offers you a unique Pyrenean and Aspoise immersion in complete autonomy:
On the program, 1 hour of relaxation with a bath prepared with 600ml of organic donkey milk from the SAUMA farm in Lescun and our spring water, a delicious herbal tea from "Verdurette & cie" in Lurbe and a little nap in the warmth of the fragrant hay mown in Bedous! Wrapped in natural, frank and comforting scents, you will not see the time pass!
You can finish the session by testing the SAUMA product range: solid shampoo, face cream, body lotion, also on sale in our store.
Relaxation, a change of scenery and well-being guaranteed!
Milk bath offered on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 3:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.
